Some of my favorite Christmas memories as a kid are the days my family would load up the car (all 6 of us!), and head out to search for the perfect family Christmas tree. There were a few years that we chose to cut it down ourselves, and other years that we would drive from tree stand... to tree stand... to tree stand until we found THE perfect one!...Listening and singing along to Christmas music all the way. I've always loved it, I always will! It just doesn't feel like Christmas until we go on the "tree hunt"...So, when I found out there was a tree farm just down the road from where we live, I knew we had to check it out this year! And, although it was a rainy day, we decided to go for it anyway! After all, the farm is called "Christmas Tree Adventures" so we figured we may as well live up to the name! ;) Christmas music, hot cocoa, cold winter weather, and the smell of fresh cut pine... truly a great way to start off our Christmas season this year!
