hello!
i am finally getting around to sharing my first picture-filled blog post! and, it has to do with none other than one of my most favorite times of the year: the fourth of july! this holiday is one of my favorites not only because it comes in the summer time, but it is also 1 day after our anniversary (happy 2 years!), and it celebrates the beautiful country that God has blessed us with.
this year in nashville, it wasn't your typical july day. it rained almost all day(cleared up just in time for fireworks!!)and the temperature lingered in the upper 60's most of the day. but, we didn't let the weather stop our festive spirits! brandon and i spent the afternoon with friends, enjoying an indoor picinic at their house.(unfortunately didn't get any pictures there)and, we loved it so much we decided to have another indoor picnic at home for dinner! you can never have too many picnics, right?
friends, festive food, fireworks, sparklers, and my favorite guy all made for a fantastic fourth of july day. we have so much to be thankful for!
